Announcing new project

Nicole and I are very glad to announce our new project. Under the codename “Witnie” we are creating a brand new version. Expected release date on this product will be at the end of June, 2004. This date may slip several days. Early releases have been known to occur on other projects. Because this is our first major project, we have no reference material.

The envisioning and planning phase on “Witnie” have all been completed successfully. At this moment we are in week 12 of the development phase. All core functionality has been implemented. Current work is focused on enlarging the scale of the product.

During the next couple of months we will keep you posted on the progress. In the meantime you can take a look at the first screenshot of the work in progress.

Dag Alex en Nicole,Ik wist niet wat ik net las... jullie 'zijn zwanger'!!! Hartstikke mooi man!

Alex & Nicole congratulations! Envisioning... planning... hilarious (MSF), I wonder what Nicole's "pregnancy gym" looks like.

Yes Paul, MSF is used throughout this project. We did the trade-off matrix: Features are set (constrained), time of release is optimized and resources are accepted no matter what. Risk assessment and management has been done and is continued to be done. Nicole (also a water polo player) rode all of the fast slides at both water parks in Orlando, Florida. Even the one that goes 90 kmph. We're close to the Scope complete milestone and will go into the Stabilizing phase soon. ;)
