TechEd Developers 2007

Well, here I am at TechEd Barcelona. I arrived here early (last Thursday) and spent some time in Barcelona with the misses and the kid. Now TechEd is all up and running at the Centre Convencions Internacional de Barcelona.

I am here this year to be a proctor (a kind of mentor) at the SQL Server 2008 Hands-on Labs (HOL) and as an expert at the Sync Framework booth of Microsoft. Don't worry though, I haven't gone to the dark SQL side. Both are also the home of the Linq technology.

The HOL area looks very impressive. Here are some shots, including an empty half (taken on Sunday before the event) to give you an impression on the sheer size of the room. Note the dual screen setup.

If you want to catch me at the HOL area, here's my schedule:

  • Monday 16:00 - 19:00 (already past at the time of this posting)
  • Tuesday 15:15 - 18:15
  • Wednesday 8:00 - 11:00
  • Friday 8:00 - 11:00 and 13:00 - 16:30

For the Ask The Expert, I'll be at the booth on Thursday from 13:00 till 16:00.
