Newer blog engine and updated content

Just finished ironing out the final quirks of the Community Server 2008 upgrade. Some content (images and other media) was missing, so I walked by most of it.

I took some time to see whether all presentations, articles and demo code were ok. As it turned out, I had more than was available online. Here's what I added for your reading/viewing pleasure:
