SDN Conference 2008

This year's edition was great, maybe even the nicest ever. Noordwijkerhout and its hotel annex conference venue are a great place to stay. I guess the sessions overview still needs a bit of work, because there's a lot of typos in session names and names of the speakers (like my colleague Anko Duize , without the 'r').
